Please use the following:

<br> for a line break
<p> for a new paragraph
<b>This</b> to make words bold
<i>This</i> to make words italic
use ` (same key as ~) instead of ' as it tends to do / ' when news is posted
<a href=http://www.siteaddress.com/>Link to site address</a> (note lack of "s and 's) for links
<img src=imagetobeposted.jpg> for images
